Our client holds ambitious growth goals and is seeking to acquire over 100 restaurants by 2027 as well as expand into other industries, including convenience and gas and manufacturing.
We are seeking a Business Support Managerto support the daily operations of our growing company. This position is essential for ensuring smooth administrative functions across various departments, including investor relations, event planning, and operational processes. The role requires someone who is comfortable working in-person in Westlake Village, with occasional travel and close collaboration with the CEO's office.
Responsibilities:
- Investor Relations: Manage investor communications via email, address inquiries, and ensure timely responses.
- Juniper Square Management: Handle all administrative tasks related to Juniper Square, including K-1 management. Must be proactive in self-learning the platform to ensure efficient use.
- Event Planning: Organize and coordinate company events, including quarterly sessions and meetings.
- Team Coordination: Schedule and coordinate calls with various teams, ensuring seamless communication and follow-ups.
- Back Office Management: Maintain the organization and accuracy of the back office drive, ensuring it is up-to-date and easily navigable.
- Website Management: Regularly update the company website with new content and ensure accuracy of information.
- Banking Operations: Handle banking needs, specifically related to Guernsey accounts and U.S. banking institutions.
- SOP Management: Serve as the point person for standard operating procedures (SOPs), particularly related to legal matters.
- CEO Support: Work closely with the CEO’s personal assistant to ensure smooth operations and provide additional support where needed.
- Deal Team Assistance: Assist the deal team with various administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in administrative, operations, or general support roles.
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks with competing priorities.
- Self-starter with a willingness to learn new tools, especially Juniper Square.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, particularly in managing documents and back office systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
- Familiarity with banking processes and financial administration.
- Experience with event planning and coordination.
- Proficient with office tools and technology (e.g., document management systems, CRM, scheduling tools).
